Is my package lost? I haven't received it yet.

Please contact us at support@lofirecords.com if you did not receive shipping confirmation, or your tracking number is not visible through the online tracking portal. If your package is labeled as "Delivered" and you have not received it, you will need to contact your local post office with your shipping number. Once the package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Can I return an item/make an exchange?

All Return/Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the shipment Delivery Date.

Items must be in original/unwashed/unworn condition to be eligible for a refund. Unless it is being returned due to a production defect, we can not offer a refund for your original shipping costs. We are not responsible for exchange/return shipping costs incurred.
The refund will be a credit available on the shop.
If you made a mistake entering your details, or simply changed your mind after placing an order, there's no need to worry. As long as your package has not yet been shipped, the option to cancel your order will be available to you.
To cancel your order, please send an email to support@lofirecords.com, clearly stating your full name, order number and the reason why you want to cancel your order.
